We bought our previous house through them a few years ago and then recently they acted as agent for both the sale of our house and then also for the house we have just bought. Very much a team effort from the start of the process through to the end. Everyone had great enthusiasm for our home and after one sale fell through delighted they found great buyers for us. After having an awful experience with another local estate agent, I cannot express how much of a breath of fresh air Ashington Page were! From the outset, their professionalism was clear; we had a professional photographer snap our property, regular updates (regardless of whether anything had happened that day or not), viewing appointment emails, feedback from viewers of our property (regardless of the outcome) and weekly marketing updates. Nothing was too much trouble! Tracey has also been tirelessly communicating with our buyer, us and the two solicitors to make sure our exchange went through as smoothly and quickly as possible given our timescales - something I've never known an estate agent to do before.

We felt like we had a team of friends on our side who had our best interests at heart. If you want a pain free sale with a wonderful bunch of individuals, I would strongly recommend Ashington Page! :)
