I signed up for six weeks, they kept my property advertised for at least six months. When I asked for my keys to be returned they suddenly had two viewings having had none for months, after the two viewings the keys to the back door kept in the house were missing and the back door was left open! I phoned and asked them to return the keys immediately they refused and said I could collect them from their office but they were going home and not passed my property!! I had to get to them within the next 30 minutes it was around 5 pm so rush hour traffic. As this was not possible I had to ring an out of hours lock smith and get the locks changed at a cost to myself. They just said they hadn't opened the back doors but no-one else had been in the house. I went up to their office days later and asked for my keys, suddenly they had a cash buyer that weekend - I took the keys and have heard nothing from them, no apologies or explanation. I would tell anyone and everyone to avoid using this agency.

I just wanted to leave a big thank you to Winkworths, and in particular Tania, who isn't even my estate agent. We were due to purchase a property from a vendor managed by Winkworths and they turned out to be really difficult for all involved. Tania handled every difficulty with complete professionalism and empathy to all parties. This process didn't work out, and we had to go our separate ways, but it's only fair to say how well this was handled. I would highly recommend Winkworths to others in future, the pain and frustration of a purchase slowly falling apart would have been much harder without them.

The most challenging of times to sell a house made bearable by the professionalism and experience of Justin at Winkworth. The first sale was due to complete on 9th April 2020 fell apart just before exchange due to the first Covid lockdown. Who knew what would happen next? Justin found us a tenant quickly who was interested in ultimately buying the house and almost a year to the day after we should have sold, the sale was completed. It has not been without its' stressful moments, but at all times, Justin has been available, understanding and his experience has helped to find a way through. Yes, estate agents' fees appear to be astonishingly high, but on this occasion I can honestly say we feel we have had incredibly good value for our money. Thank you Justin!

I moved into my lovely new home in Wooburn Green last Wednesday & I love it! Justin was very professional & easy to work with & was always there at the end of the 'phone. He kept calm & focused, even when dealing with the effects of the pandemic & a very slow solicitor at the bottom of the chain!
