We've had a great experience letting our flat with RHW estates. Scott was very helpful throughout, showing us the flat on short notice and being very clear and supportive during the negotiations and when signing the contracts. Laura has also been great, being very responsive to any queries and quick to respond when we needed assistance. I would wholeheartedly recommend them as agents.
RHW, and Scott in particular, were friendly, super-efficient and went the extra mile to get the deal done and had me into a place in next to no time. All the legals and regulatory aspects were spot on, clear and upfront. And even though they aren't managing the property, their after-sales work ethic continued anyway, which has been greatly appreciated. Don't leave out RHW when looking for a place around NW6 and surrounds!
I trust very much in KFH team. They worked very hard to help me to find an appartment. They were very nice. Thanks!
We were able to rent a property through this branch. The property was made available on the correct date as per our requests and the staff were very friendly.
However, it was a very unorganised and unprofessional process and we were charged fees that our previous real estate did not charge us. We weren't given information about the property even though it was requested.
I have with dealt with CR both as a prospecting owner and as a tenant. Have met with the owners a few times and have worked with Mark and Shaheen for a flat purchase and as a tenant.
The whole team has dealt with us with professionalism and integrity throughout our search and tenancy. It is probably the only estate agent I fully trust and would recommend anyone who whishes to buy in the area to go to them. As a tenant they were really quick to respond and very accommodating. By far the best experience I had in that industry.
Compton Reeback is a great agency for Landlord , but never go there if you want to rent a property! They're all 100% with the Landlord, and will not give credit to what you have to say. We waited two weeks to have hot water fixed and we had to pay the plumber! But this was okay, no the worst is at the end of the tenancy when they tried to "forced us" to stay in the property for two months more, by allowing us only 2 moving out dates. ( Ultimatum ).
I ve lived in many cities around Europe, and never saw an agency trying to force you to stay.
Had a terrible experience there as a tenant, but I suppose all landlord are very pleased with the agency, as they are not paying for plumbing issues and as the agency makes ultimatum to tenant so they stay longer. This is just power abuse toward young europeans people who are going to go elsewhere if they are not welcome in London.
Where do I begin with...Well, Let me start by saying that I have changed almost 10 houses over a decade ago and have been through all the fancy national big branded estate agencies (which all of them were centered and more of an ordeal than help), through constantly finding ways to charge more hefty fees for no logical reason. While on the other hand, I was fortunate to randomly come across London Habitat due to my favorite chosen area (West Hampstead). Which as soon as I began the viewing of my latest flat with the advisor (Bekim), I could instantly tell that unlike almost all (97%) the estate agents who automatically turn on their sales-pitch until you're reluctantly convinced to accept their "logic", he instead behaved natural, and genuinely described all the relevant pros and cons of the flat - while giving me space and time to figuratively absorb the highlights of my flat. Furthermore, not only the company behaved in a professionally objective and unbiased way on the viewing day, but also they continuously carried on the same unrushed and friendly attitude through out the rest of the time since I have moved in. For instance, when ever I noticed a malfunction in the flat or have had a request for changing, upgrading and disposal of item they have always had a constructive and reasonable manner in all instances. I can with absolute confidence say that you won't regret choosing their services, and will most certainly experience the same (if not better) level of meticulous customer care that I have received.
And for this reason, I do not hesitate to state than should the day for buying my first home arrive, I will not hesitate a second to seek London Habitat's in-depth knowledge on property ladder and all its ever complicated intricacies which never ceases to perplex us.
I can't recommend this agency to anyone. They should deal with good landlords, is their responsibility. Broken toilet during the whole tenancy, because of that we get moist, as a result, money was taken from our deposit, deposit that we struggle to get back. We had to manage the inventory ourselves. We spent 300£ in locksmith, the lockers were broken and we paid from our pocket. Outrageous!
I am thoroughly impressed from start to finish with Knight Frank Queens Park. Anna was superb in handling the valuation which was spot on for the current market. I had a buyer lined up within a day of my property going on the market. Marc negotiated the sale and then he continued to progress the sale through to ensure that the buyer was happy and the sale was running smoothly. I am so pleased with the service offered here. Marc really went above and beyond what was expected. A truly happy client.
I recently let my 1BR flat in Queens Park with Knight Frank. Professional and friendly service.
