Before I rented, the house was a dump But I repaired it. Before I left, they asked me to fix the bedroom, so I did what they said because I didn't want the deposit. I can’t even give one star. Please be aware of this fake agency. They are scammers. They arrange an appointment for viewing and never turn up. After u call them and say where are you am at the property they r like u went to the wrong address. Disgusting service. They use pictures of properties that are not the actual property. Went to the property I was supposed to be viewing, a women opens the door and says that she owns and lives in that house and it’s not for rent. Please be careful with what agency you decide to go for.... Read more

I cant even give 1 star. Very poor service. They are getting the deposit which we pay in advance. Even after following notice period, they are not willing to give the money back. Please be careful with this agency. They tell something to get the rooms, after we leave, they make new stories. In this pandemic, they just want to get some easy money. Don't trust this agency and a guy who said his name as Rizwan. Reply to your message for my review I posted. Your message : " Dear Ajay, your deposit is with the Landlord, we have sent you a confirmation about it. You have moved into a room for a 6-months period and moved out after 1 month. Please contact your Landlord to discuss about your deposit." Attaching the bank statement here to let everyone know that I sent the deposit to the account of London Golden Key. Landord was not the one who asked for the deposit that time, but the guy who named hismelf as Rizwan from this agency. As per the conversation, I gave 2 week deposit of 200 pounds in advance. Also I have evidence from Landlord saying that he never took my deposit and it is with the agency and I have to contact you guys for that. Also he said he have given information to London Golden Key agency to give the deposit back to me. For that I am walked around you guys for last one week with calls, messages, mails and even I came direct to your office thrice in 5 days, without getting any proper response. If any of your future customers wants any evidence of this, I can show it to let them know how you guys are treating me and to help them avoiding you. You are saying I breached the agreement. Can you show any evidence of that agreement which I breached? I moved the room, because the landlord was not willing to give me an agreement. I lost a job because of that, as they wanted me to provide a proof for accomodation, which I couldnt give them. When I took the room from you, they guy Rizwan told me that these kind of rooms are only used for short stay. I can move whenever I wanted. Now you are just cooking up new stories just to take that 200 pounds. I also have noticed landlord and Mr. Rizwan, and followed 2 weeks notice period before I moved to another room. I trusted this agency before, that is why I followed the notice period and settled everything with the landlord. You are now saying to contact landlord for getting my deposit back, for the money which is in your account. When I moved 1 week back, he said me not to contact him for the deposit as he never taken it from the agency and I should contact London Golden Key for that. He also said he told you guys to give me back my deposit. If you want a proof of that, I can share the voice recording in any social media and give the link here. You are still making me running here and there for this, as everyone can see here. Just to others: Just think before you are giving your money to this business. I am an International student and anyone can understand how tough to get money and to live in London as a student. 200 pounds is so big for me. I asked for my money back and they were just avoiding me till I put this review. This reply is the first response I got from them. They are not at all professional with poor quality. We felt lucky to work with Daniel as our home listing agent. Daniel and his team are very professional. He gave us the helpful advices on necessary improvement of the home before listing, and came out right price for the market. His marketing team did very good job on marketing and staging the home, took really nice photos and wrote a better descriptions. He has a group of professional contractors, they really did an excellent job on renovation and repairs. Daniel really took care of our home well. Daniel and his team are very responsive and hard working. Sometimes we get his email or message in the really early morning and late night. He put a lot of attention for details and communicating with clients effectively, which makes our whole selling process as smooth as possible. Overall we are extremely happy about the service which Daniel provided. I give Daniel my highest recommendation.... Read more

Do not pay them until you are absolutely sure they have done everything you asked from them. They claimed that they cleaned the house on the day I went to their office, came to the house after paying them only to find that it hasn't been cleaned. Gave them the keys back to clean it. Next day I phoned them to ask for the keys but no one picked up the phone, then I went to their office only to find it closed. I had to go sleep at my Uni library that night. They did not even have the decency to call me back the next day, I had to chase them around again to get the keys . A few weeks later they still haven't done some of the things they promised they will do despite me calling them every single day.... Read more

I booked with Tanya on a Friday morning a viewing that was meant to be with Reza on the following Monday. The viewing was supposed to be at 10am; when at 10:15 it appeared clear that nobody was going to show up, I called Reza on his phone, looking for some explanation. He simply replied that "the property isn't available". When I asked what that was supposed to mean, he said "It's not available because the landlord didn't give us the keys". I asked him when he intended to have the decency to let me know, as I rushed for a viewing clearly they forgot about. He mechanically repeated that they didn't have the keys. After that, I told him not to bother with it because if this is the professionalism they offer to their clients, then I did not want to have anything to do with them. Well, he simply said "Ok". I asked what that meant, why he didn't even attempt to apologise for what happened. Honest to God, he said "It ain't my fault, I'm not apologising for somebody else's fault". Only when I made it notice that he was representing his own agency in front of a potential client, and that an apology was the very minimum he could say, he muttered "I am sorry". The call ended with him asking If I was sure about not re-booking the viewing and with me hanging up. Stay away from these clowns if you know what's good for you.... Read more
