First class. I couldn’t find a property that would allow pets to rent. I engaged Joel (lettings manager), who found me 6 within 24 hrs. We had specific location and requirements including pets and garden. His advice was key, we found our place and he was on hand to help. He liaised with letting agent and guided us as we needed. Would recommended him for anyone with a complex situation or if you are new to London or the UK. We agreed fees up front, all was open and clear. Jo Arron is a great estate agent and I have had the best experience ever! I have been a landlord for very many years and have had many agents in the past but since I have met Jo a few months ago, he has rented two flats for me and has done a first class job in both. He advertised and found me tenants in a very short time. He followed up the rental procedure in a timely and efficient manner. He is very professional and found me excellent tenants. He kept the tenants and the landlord happy and simply did a brilliant job. He is very knowledgeable in the rental procedures and legal matters involved. He assisted me with arranging for maintenance preparation and simply took the pressure off me all the way along. I am totally satisfied and recommend him fully. It was a real pleasure dealing with Jonathan, Scott and the rest of the team and can't really recommend them enough. They've been managing the flat that I'm living for about 4 years now and they've been there every time I needed them, always supportive, professional, knowleadgable, friendly, approachable, understanding and also taking the extra mile in many cases.
