They were absolutely great, particularly with the getting to completion part. We had lots of delays and problems with the sale, I think it was about 7 months after accepting the offer before we actually moved, but Paula and Rachel in particular were dogged in getting through the problems and getting us over the finish line.

Ive heard really good things about this company, everyone on the phone was so lovley, but that one woman "Dan" apparently there is no woman called "dan" working there but ive spoken to a woman that was very rude, spoken to me with attitude over the phone. It put me off to go viewing a property with her. Its ashame that 1 person can ruin it.

The team at astleys Neath were fantastic, especially Paula and the rest of the team helping us purchase the house, that they were selling to us on behalf their vendor. Hopefully I won’t be moving in the near future, but I would strongly advise if anyone is thinking of selling a property to use Paula and the team at astleys Neath .

Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!

I am more than satisfied with Astleys as my property was sold to the first viewer no hassel only thing is the sign is still up and it doesn't say sold pending and as been like that for weeks Over all more than satisfied
