Found out via a phone call that they had been taken over by another agent called Dockside based in Chatham all whilst our house is on the market yet no one thought to actually let us know in advance. Shocking customer service avoid both companies like the plague as their staff are clearly not trained in customer care. Even though my Wife was very vaguely made aware there was to be a merger no details were given nor were any follow ups to emails or telephone calls returned.... Read more

I don't normally go to the trouble of writing on online reviews, however after a string of bad experiences with a number of local agents (I wont name any names) it was a pleasure dealing with Aston Anderson; in particular Ash from the lettings team. After weeks of hunting for a property in the local area , I registered my details with Ash and within a matter of days he had found exactly what I was looking for. After viewing the property, I made an offer which was very promptly accepted by the landlord thanks again to Ash! From that point onwards, the whole process seemed to go through with minimal fuss and and I have now moved in and am enjoying my new home! All in all a 10/10 experience and I would recommend them to anyone requiring property related services.... Read more
