Glad I didn't have to proceed with a property and deal with Criena Erangey (supposedly the Director) as she called to confirm a viewing to which I had to cancel, missed her call but called back straight away to which she responded in an extremely rude manner as she was clearly upset over the cancellation. Have no idea why it would be taken personally to the point of her being insulting, stating accusations and then cutting the call. So glad to have dodged this bullet!... Read more

Criena was absolutely amazing during our stressful move. She helped us sell our property as well as handle the purchase of our new house. Despite the issues that were raised Criena quickly dealt with all queries. She stepped in when necessary and helped us overcome any issues so that our sale progressed. Criena went above and beyond. I wish to add to my previous review that when we purchased a property through Heritage estates they were absolutely fine , no problem whatsoever ( probably Carina didnt want to loose the huge fee they get from the seller ) .The mega problems occurred when we entrusted Carina Erangey with letting out the property . This woman has absolutely no idea at all how to manage a letting .Totally untrustworthy and incompedant ,a disaster of catastrophic errors from start to finish . I wouldn’t trust her to look after a goldfish let alone a rental property .... Read more

Bought a house through heritage. Criena found a tenant, didn't do any checks on them or get a reference and it turns out he had been going from property to property without paying. We spoke to the previous agency who had to take them to court. We lost 6 months without rent trying to get them out. She still hasn't paid the fees she charged back to us. Simply cannot be trusted.... Read more

What can we say. Criena and her team worked effortlessly selling our late mothers property even though we had not yet applied for probate. She even helped me and my brother with a lot of the legal stuff recommending a solicitor that she works closely with just around the corner. The photo shoot she arranged was absolutely 1st class and was very professional. Heritage Estates were the only agent to sell the property and even landed us a cash buyer. Criena's communication was faultless. She phoned and emailed everything keeping us right up to date with all that was going on right down the chain. The other reviews that have been posted I think may have been down to very personal things that happened. One mentioned Criena was rude. This we find hard to believe. She is courteous and very understanding and was very sympathetic knowing we had just lost our mother. Full credit to her and her team. I thoroughly recommend this agent, despite others rating Heritage Estates just 1 star.... Read more

I regret ever coming in contact with this arrogant lady called Criena. She was so dishonest, I saw a property that they were marketing, I rang them to view it, I put in my offer slightly below the asking price, just to haggle even though, I was willing to still pay the asking but I didn’t tell her. She said she would get back, but she never did. I think she had quite a number of offers on the property, she then had her favourite. She was not fair in her dealings as regards properties. Our experience of Criena and her team was extremely positive. She kept us very well informed throughout the process. She was extremely courteous and helpful to my mum who was moving for the first time in 55 years. Towards the end she went well above 'the call of duty' when we discovered that there was an administrative error on a mortgage taken out in 1966 - spending the afternoon at the bank with my mum to get resolved. Less than 24 hours later, everything was resolved. Cant speak highly enough of the service we received... Read more

As a property investor I have had many dealings with estate agents over the years ,all have been honest ,pleasant ,friendly helpful ,trustworthy people except Criena Erangey at Heritage Estates .Being an independent company she is a law unto herself being answerable to no one except the ombudsman and although I was awarded and compensated through them I wish now I had gone through the County Court instead .... It is amazing how I agree with the previous comment. It says everything I wanted to say. The only I can add to it is that my partner and I felt very insulted by arrogance of this lady and the way she spoke to us. We liked the property but we will not make an offer as it means we will need to deal with an owner through this lady, Criena Erangey. As she is a director of Heritage Estate it is highly unlikely that anything can change in the future.... Read more

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRR! Criena, was very rude and completely unresponsive throughout our whole tenancy. She was also very pushy and one of the worst estate agents I've ever come across. - If you ever want to keep your money and don't want to be cheated keep clear of these people..... Read more
