I regret ever coming in contact with this arrogant lady called Criena. She was so dishonest, I saw a property that they were marketing, I rang them to view it, I put in my offer slightly below the asking price, just to haggle even though, I was willing to still pay the asking but I didn’t tell her. She said she would get back, but she never did. I think she had quite a number of offers on the property, she then had her favourite. She was not fair in her dealings as regards properties. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Our experience of Criena and her team was extremely positive. She kept us very well informed throughout the process. She was extremely courteous and helpful to my mum who was moving for the first time in 55 years. Towards the end she went well above 'the call of duty' when we discovered that there was an administrative error on a mortgage taken out in 1966 - spending the afternoon at the bank with my mum to get resolved. Less than 24 hours later, everything was resolved. Cant speak highly enough of the service we received

As a property investor I have had many dealings with estate agents over the years ,all have been honest ,pleasant ,friendly helpful ,trustworthy people except Criena Erangey at Heritage Estates .Being an independent company she is a law unto herself being answerable to no one except the ombudsman and although I was awarded and compensated through them I wish now I had gone through the County Court instead .

It is amazing how I agree with the previous comment. It says everything I wanted to say. The only I can add to it is that my partner and I felt very insulted by arrogance of this lady and the way she spoke to us. We liked the property but we will not make an offer as it means we will need to deal with an owner through this lady, Criena Erangey. As she is a director of Heritage Estate it is highly unlikely that anything can change in the future.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRR!

Criena, was very rude and completely unresponsive throughout our whole tenancy. She was also very pushy and one of the worst estate agents I've ever come across. - If you ever want to keep your money and don't want to be cheated keep clear of these people..
