As a property investor I have had many dealings with estate agents over the years ,all have been honest ,pleasant ,friendly helpful ,trustworthy people except Criena Erangey at Heritage Estates .Being an independent company she is a law unto herself being answerable to no one except the ombudsman and although I was awarded and compensated through them I wish now I had gone through the County Court instead .

It is amazing how I agree with the previous comment. It says everything I wanted to say. The only I can add to it is that my partner and I felt very insulted by arrogance of this lady and the way she spoke to us. We liked the property but we will not make an offer as it means we will need to deal with an owner through this lady, Criena Erangey. As she is a director of Heritage Estate it is highly unlikely that anything can change in the future.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRR! Criena, was very rude and completely unresponsive throughout our whole tenancy. She was also very pushy and one of the worst estate agents I've ever come across. - If you ever want to keep your money and don't want to be cheated keep clear of these people..
