Welcome to our Gravesend office.

My name is Andy Plaistowe and I am the Branch Partner. I have worked at Robinson Michael & Jackson for over 20 years, with most of those spent at the Gravesend office.

Our office is located in the centre of Gravesend on King Street and boasts huge window displays. The double sized, distinctive frontage means we command a lot of attention from the passing public. We take great pride in the wide selection of homes we showcase and the number of properties we sell every month.

I found Robinson Michael & Jackson very professional. They have always answered my e-mails very quickly and constructively. I felt that they are working well as a team. If my main contact was away from the office, the others were still able to help me (they knew what was going on with my case). I always felt that they knew what they were doing and when we did not get any offers on our flat, they advised us to change the sale bracket and it worked. I felt that they are honest and love doing their job.
We haven't signed the sale contract yet but hopefully it will happen soon.

Robinson Jackson have done an excellent job of selling my daughter's flat and supporting her through the whole process leading up to exchange of contracts yesterday. It has been fraught with difficulties largely because of the global epidemic, but all the people at Robinson Jackson have been calm and professional throughout.
A special shout-out for Carol Cope who has been absolutely fantastic. She has supported us so well, she communicates with all parties extremely professionally and effectively and she has had to demonstrate huge resilience during such a difficult time. Carol is an excellent asset and ambassador for Robinson Jackson. Thank you.

Recently myself and my partner purchased a house that was being sold by Robinson Jackson and Carol Cope in the progression team dealt with us. Absolutely appauling
the way she spoke to us on the phone and delayed the whole moving part giving each person in the chain a different story. All the other staff were very friendly and polite but she should not be in the job role. Made our move more stressful than it needed to be.
