Rude and unhelpful. Bought a house through these and the electric was cut off and cannot be sorted yet til atleast Monday . So have a house with no electric with five kids !! His attitude is grosse. The house was filthy too. We saw that when we viewed. Like he said we knew that, what we didn't know is we wouldn't have electric to hoover. It's grosse like his attitude to be fair.... Read more

Absolutely disgusting service, sold my sister a house, she completed and got the keys yesterday to find out all all electrics have be cut off due to previous owners debt. When contacted for help Harp the ceo of this company's response was sold as seen.. funnily enough the electrics was working for both the viewings. Appalling and Utterly disgusting leaving a family with 5 children in a property with no electricity and washing your hands of all responsibility, no care or help just a message sold as seen when you sold this home which you knew was a family home being a 5 bedroom property. Harp and the team at Aston Estates do a wonderful job, helping lot's of tenants who have hit rock bottom and will do their best to get them back up again. I moved to Grimsby early 2016 knowing no one and having nothing, with in 13 hours of my arrival I had a new home which enabled me to get my life back on track. My experience of Aston's is nothing but positive, They have been nothing but supportive of me even when I was wrongly accused of a criminal offence. I have heard people say negative things about Astons but generally from negative people. I.E slow to get work done, but this is not down to Aston's it's down to the landlord to approve work needed and I do understand that some landlords won't and shouldn't have to keep on paying out for work needed for it only to be needed again 2 weeks later. I would whole heartedly recommend Aston's as a choice for any person needing quality homes and quality of life.... Read more
