I didn't sell with Crofts, I withdrew my property with them and went with another agent who sold my property in 5 days of being on the market. Although I didn't have an overall problem with crofts I didn't feel my property was advertised enough. And was on the market for way longer than I expected. The valuer was a great sales act, very personable and the main reason i chose Crofts over other local agents. That's mostly where the good experience ends. Getting signed up to Crofts was easy, but once we had gone past the 14 day cooling off period, it felt labour intensive and impersonal. I had to ask very pointed questions to get basic information that I would expect a forthcoming estate agent to provide if they were proactive, and had to ask for simple changes to our online marketing, such as reordering the photos so they flowed better. There was one member of staff who was fantastic on the phone and I wish they had been our sales agent, however, the main contact we ended up with seemed disinterested and cold. It seems that if you're not "in" Cleetproper then these guys aren't interested. ... Read more
