I had enjoyed my stay at a property rented by BMH. During my stay at the property, BMH had continued to check on me and the property as part of the regular inspections carried out by BMH. BMH had also responded swiftly to any needed repair at the property. I am happy to have used BMH.

It was my first time selling a house, and from start to finish the team were very supportive, nothing was too much trouble for them. They answered all of my queries, supported with decision making and also helped with problem solving. It was a very personalised service and I felt very secure as a lone first time seller in the process.

The whole team at BMH were amazing from initial valuation to completion of sale. Kept us advised and informed throughout including 2x aborted sales and chased solicitors from both buyer and vendor.
All contacts with many emails and phone calls were timely, well constructed, and courteous.
Value for money was spot on.
I would thoroughly recommend.

Recently bought a house via BMH as a first time buyer/complete novice when it came to anything property related and right from the start the team at BMH were so lovely and friendly. I met Nikki at the property and Emma and Julie over the phone and emails and they were all re-assuring, and happy to call around for me if things were moving too slowly. I couldn't even find one thing to criticise, they are that good at what they do. Thank you all so much! :)

This lettings agent is an absolute farce. Degrading, dishonest and unprofessional from the start.
We asked to hold the property, they confirmed and instead let someone else view and turned us away when we travelled over 1 hour to hand our holding deposits in.
They then contacted us and said we could take it in. The agent Claire was extremely degrading from the start, a devastatingly poor face for the business and I’m sure will provide detrimental impacts.
The application process was quite frankly horrendous. They provided no assistance and couldn’t care less about the customer.
If you are a business person, or anyone with more than 1 bank account please don’t waste your time in applying. They claimed I have earnt a mere £154 per month, attaching just one bank account I pay one bill from. My other 3 bank accounts were completely irrelevant to them. Plus just over £300,000 revenue, with balance sheets and accounts to prove were irrelevant to them. They wouldn’t contact their application vendor. I would strongly advise you do not ask them for assistance or you will be abused and laughed at.
The other party to the house MET ALL FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS yet claimed we did not. They are a complete fraud. If you question their ability to understand basic accounting, they create personal vendettas and present malicious falsehoods to the landlords.
Landlords and tenants, STRONGLY AVOID!!

Have been using BMH for property rental from 2001 until December 2023 when we sold the property. Can't speak highly enough of the excellent service provided by both rental and sales teams. Brilliant help, support and advice over the years. Nothing too much of a problem.
Despite living 100+ miles away its been like having the great next-door neighbour, there to help with anything we needed. Always so kind and helpful. Thank you so much everyone.
