We have rented a small property in cleethorpes for a number of years. We have always found Claire and Lindsey in BMH Lettings to be excellent managers of our property, dealing with reported issues as at an early stage, to ensure that things didn't escalate, and always keeping us up to date with issue resolution.<br>In addition, they always were able to come up with recommended trades required to deal with any problems, as and when - and at a good price.<br>As a consequence, we would be happy to recommend them to any landlord looking at letting out their property in the area.
