Amazing service with 24/7 response, maintained a level of professional standard that you fail to see in larger chains now. Website was very easy to use and the staff are polite and informative. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Rude and unprofessional staff, one agent called Alexandra was exceptionally rude. They don't conduct repairs in good time manner, still waiting for my repairs, nearly 3 months later living at Trinity Square.

Horrible experience with Astro Residential. We have vacated the house over 2 months back and they are not returning our deposit, without giving any explanation whatsoever. Every other week they make stupid queries like what is the forwarding address to 'send the cheque' which never happens. None of the agents respond back and direct us to the 'accounts department'. don't know what to do.....
