Please be careful when you work with this agency. When you want rent a property with them they are all professional and supportive respond quickly but when the time comes to get you deposit they take weeks and weeks to respond to your emails. it has been a month after I moved out from the property I rented through them and still I am waiting for my deposit (although the new tenant moved about three days after I moved out). I called and talked to Debbie today and she didn't let me finish my conversation and cut the line while I was talking. I am planning to formally complain about them if they don't pay my deposit by the end of today. I am so disappointed that I went to this agency. in my opinion you should either avoid them or put a line in your contract to avoid this delay in your deposit payment.... Read more
