We notified Austin and Wyatt of our intentions to buy our first investment property some months ago. From then on the service we have received from Kira and Logan has been nothing short of fantastic. Whilst we are still yet to purchase said property, they are on top of what's coming to market and are always prompt to forward us any property that they feel would be suitable with a break down of expected rental value and yields. They also call regularly to check in on our search and talk through any of the properties sent through by email. As soon as we have found 'the one', we will not hesitate to use Kira and Logan at Austin and Wyatt and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with them.... Read more

Scott and Izzie have managed the letting side of my property very well and Holly has been excellent at taking care of all of the maintenance requirements. Just one fault, other than that exemplary service. Moved in Nov 2019, got the keys in the afternoon no electric on the meter and the property hadn’t been cleaned, when I viewed the tiles were dark brown in the kitchen and the carpets were brown. Moved in and scrubbed it, we’ve got grey tiles and a cream mottled carpet. Mostly dealt with Izzie, incredible service always kept me updated with tenancy info, deposit bits. Did my viewing with Scott and another, felt comfortable and satisfied also confirmed that I’d be able to decorate. A week after move in, our water cylinder split, it was replaced the same day. A month on our garage door gets stuck and comes off the rubber. Also fixed the same day. Last week we had our boiler replaced, all done and sorted within a week of reporting the issue. I cannot thank Austin and Wyatt enough, our years tenancy came to an end they renegotiated our terms to our favour and have been incredibly helpful. I work in property and can say the contracting firms they use are professional, hardworking, Transparent and friendly. Thank you so much!... Read more

The team at the office were very helpful at the start of the tenancy, done everything to get the ball rolling straight away, however, do be aware the likelihood of them increasing your rent, we chose to then move and buy a house and it was a nightmare and a half to reclaim our deposit back. They were happy enough to deduct from the deposit (could not get a professional in to clean due to covid19). My husband and I took it on the chin just to get things over with. The deposit came back in two halves. Into two separate accounts. (I had stated in the email I wanted it in one account but due to us both being on there she still needed both bank details) I feel increasing the rent for the house to be re-rented out again for ALOT less, says a lot about the house and the feeling they were just trying to take advantage. I would always advise taking pictures yourself of the check in, as what was reported on the checkout assumed my husband and myself left iteams there, but they were already there on check in and that’s our mistake. They also have admin fees for EVERYTHING!! To checking in, renewing contract, deductions from deposit, whatever they can do to get money they will.... Read more

Used them as a letting agent. Poor service to put it mildly. No real property management as such, for example not keeping up with warranty periods, just coming to us asking for cash. They seemed amazed when I asked for 3 quotes for a boiler replacement. Zero understanding of the cost of maintenance - apparently it only costs £50 to repaint over 100m2. Very keen to hold landlords to account but don’t seem to do the same for tenants, especially at check out. If you value your sanity do not use them.... Read more
