The initial viewing with Lewis was great, he had answers to all our questions and allowed us to view the house in our own time with some time to ourselves (not followed like a Hawk like some estate agents do). The team were super helpful when we had our offer agreed and have been very responsive throughout. A big thanks to all.

26th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.

Joe, Donna ,Courtney and Helen were amazing, professional and friendly throughout the entire process, even with delays caused along the chain and the stressful situation the process can be, they went above and beyond to assist, chase up solicitors, other estate agents and be available whenever we needed them. 9th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Fisks (Wimborne Branch) to find our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Emma, who initially booked in our viewing and showed us round the property, was incredibly helpful and we had a really comfortable viewing, not feeling rushed or pressured at any point. We put in an offer on the property the next day, which was handled extremely efficiently and almost immediately accepted. The best part of working with Fisks was receiving communication at every step and even if there was no update, our agents would check in to see how we were proceeding with our Solicitor's and offering their support in getting our purchase finalised on our behalf. After our offer was accepted, Emma even accommodated a second viewing so we could show our daughters which was a lovely touch for us to be able to share the moment with our children even though it was time out of her day to do so. Claire, who also helped us in the process, was also very welcoming and professional. We highly recommend Fisks to anyone in search of a new home due to their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients. Thank you, for helping us find our perfect family home!

We had our photos done Wednesday; went live Thursday morning, 3 viewings on the Saturday and we have just agreed a sale. Constant updates and by far the best agents for the job. We first met Matt who understood our requirements & provided a great selection of properties to view in the area. Dan then guided us through our purchase and was fantastic from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, he was extremely professional & personable. He communicated with us constantly throughout the process and provided sensible & pragmatic advice. He went above and beyond and has been brilliant. 18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Jamie and Faye were particularly helpful during a difficult & lengthy exchange (Due to issues with our vendor). The sale advert was also very professional and included a house video tour for no extra cost. Very reasonable rates, wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.
