We are due to complete on our first ever house purchase this week and fox and sons have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Having viewed and attempted to buy a few times over the last few years, we are well versed in the pushy style of other firms and have been nervous of the buying process falling through as it has done on previous properties.
From the get go, fox and sons amesbury have been way above any agents we have viewed with in the past. Courtney was relaxed, friendly and informative, allowing a comfortable and unrushed viewing of the property. We took their advice and chose to use the all in services package with sequence/ fox and sons and this has enabled us to step away from a lot of the chasing and allow the different agents to communicate effectively with each other.
My husband's working schedule has meant he was unable to visit the property before putting an offer in. HOWEVER: fox and sons have a fantastic video walk round of the property where you can click through the whole building and outside space from different angles. This is accurate and not exaggerated with fish eye lenses etc. This addition enabled my husband to be able to look around the property and discuss it with me and meant we were able to put an offer in without delay. Without this we would not have been able to offer before someone else did. This tool is incredible and such a plus point. It's also meant I can wistfully 'walk around' the property and plan our layouts before completion.
Amy has been incredibly informative and reassuring and speaks to you like you're her only client and nothing is a bother. There were issues further up the chain but she explained and reassured us knowing we were nervous as having been burned before with chains failing.
Courtney and Amy are an absolute pleasure and I am so happy that we have been fortunate enought to buy through Fox and Sons amesbury. They will be our go to if we ever decide to sell. Customers for life!

I used Fox & Sons to sell a property using the 'Modern Method of Auction' at their recommendation, so actually I was in contract with the Auctioneer rather than the Estate Agent direct. However, that didn't seem to affect the friendly and efficient service provided by Amy and Megan at Fox's, and as I lived some distance from the property, they handled all the viewings, which all went very smoothly. Apart from the final sale being an online auction, Fox's seemed to fulfil all the other usual Estate Agent duties, and did them very efficiently.

I just purchased a property through fox and sons Amesbury.
I cannot tell you how amazing the service Was, if I had any problem Millie and her team would be there to help. Our solicitors we’re not the fastest and I felt a bit lost at times but one call to Millie and she would chase and get me answers, always reassuring my wife and I that everything is going well. Anytime we wanted to arrange a visit to our new property or needed anything, it was never to much trouble. If I ever sell or look to buy again, Millie and her team will be the first ones I go to!
Cannot thank them enough. All our dreams have come true and the process was fantastic.
If I have any advice if you are buying use a solicitor that works at the estate agents you are buying through. Millie offered this knowing what’s best, I wish I had listened.

Millie was a really friendly, helpful and supportive guide on our journey to buying our house in Amesbury.
She was always willing to arrange additional viewings with us before we decided to buy and we were never rushed around the property as we unfortunately had been with other local estate agents, which put us off.
Buying a house is the biggest purchase most people make in their lives, and other local estate agents practically dragged us around other viewings impatiently in a mad rush to get to their next appointment (at one such appointment I timed our viewing as only being allowed to last 4.25 minutes!).
In contrast, Millie at Fox and Sons respected that we needed time to look carefully at the property and she answered all questions along the way. A really friendly, knowledgeable and friendly service. Thank you Millie!

We had the pleasure of meeting the most dedicated and enthusiastic Estate Agent, Millie Howdon when purchasing our second property. She helped us through the process from the outset and nothing was to much to ask. Millie always made herself available 7 days a week regardless of the COVID-19 situation and was ready to answer questions, schedule further viewings and help deal with solicitors when needed. She is by far the best Estate Agent we have met and would recommend her to any buyer or seller!
Having completed the purchase on 27 Nov 20, the aftercare we received was brilliant! Not only did we have a move in gift from the sellers but Millie too. This was followed by a Christmas gift and follow up calls.

At first things went well. Due to issues beyond the agents control things went askew. Mr Le-Blond stepped in, and boy things went from awkward to awesome in a single meeting. He literally stayed late, to ensure that we were not left disadvantaged or not informed.
Every step of the way he made us feel like the sole reason he was working. Always well informed, with every step being clearly explained with the benefits or ramifications of our decisions highlighted to us. A great service and value for money.
