I have been with Wilkinson Byrne Estate Agents for more than twenty years now and I feel really lucky to have them let my flat.
Apart from Dee, the first person I worked with in Turnpike Lane office, whose friendly, highly professional and efficient support I came to appreciate and trust all these years, a number of polite, concerned and effective bunch of people were there for me all these years, either in Turnpike Lane or Bounds Green offices, to inform and act promptly providing solutions, like Paige to mention one of the latest. There seems to be a climate of serious, professional support combined with a sense of caring that is cultivated by the Agency and this cannot but be enormously appreciated by anyone who is looking for renting, letting or selling property in the area and is interested in a highly professional service.
Vasilis is the new person I am recently working with on issues related to my flat maintenance and keeping up with letting regulations etc and I am pleased to say that he proves to be one of the best representatives of the high and friendly WB professional service tradition. Vasilis is always there to help, friendly, responsive, informative and precise, keeping me updated and facilitating the contact with my tenants, thus making me feel that my property is well taken care of – there is nothing more a landlord can expect! So, many thanks Vasili, I look forward to our further collaboration in the years to come.

When it came to selling my house recently this was the only choice of local estate agents we would have used.
I cannot recommend WB highly enough as a phenomenal local estate agents. The whole team were extremely professional and did their utmost to ensure a smooth sale of my house. An extra thanks to Daniel who kept me updated throughout and ensured everything went through without a hitch and at a very reasonable price.
If I needed an estate agents in Bounds Green, I would use them again without hesitation.
