Without a doubt the best estate agents you could ever dream of having.
I have dealt with dozens of estate agents in my time and it gives me such great joy to recommend Element Properties as the absolute best of them. I have used Elements before for a sale of a property and like that time, in my most recent sale I dealt primarily with George who was my main point of contact. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly communicative. Whenever I had any questions or queries, he was always there to answer them. If there were any issues or divergences in the process, George was there to help sort everything out.
The listing of the flat looked amazing on their website, with a complete virtual tour that comes as part of the process.
In regards to the mortgage side, we also used Elements and dealt specifically with Cos who like George was the absolute pinnacle of professional, courteous and helpful. He was available whenever we needed help, answered any questions both promptly and knowledgeably and got us the best possible mortgage we could secure.
I would give these guys more than 5 if I could.

After engaging with several agents we chose Element to represent us for the sale of our house in Wood Green. The two main reasons for this were (a) George came very well prepared with detailed notes and resources that backed their valuation along with a thorough sale strategy and (b) there were several things said that made it clear that they understood the area and the market as they aligned perfectly with our experience of buying this property 5 years ago. It proved to be an excellent decision as we were able to find an excellent buyer within one month. While their commission rate wasn't quite the cheapest offered it certainly justified given the standard of service throughout the process from photos/advertising to completion.

From my first interaction with Cos, I knew that I could trust this company to provide an excellent service - and they have exceeded my expectations. Truly exceptional, I highly recommend Element, no need to think twice.
I was in the process of purchasing my first buy-to-let property in London, from abroad, and so was quite nervous. But the help I received every step of the way eased my nerves, and for that I am sincerely grateful. They even collected keys on my behalf! Josh and Ejiro worked incredibly hard to get my property photographed and listed, and kept me updated on all the viewings; and Josh was invaluable helping to select the perfect tenants for my apartment, and then getting everything ready for them. It’s rare nowadays to find a honourable and communicative estate agent but Element Properties have been utterly fantastic throughout the sale of my flat in Islington. Honestly have never been so impressed by a property agent in my life! But these guys are excellent, which is again something I’ve never said about a property agent before! From the moment I met George and Hiten I really felt their commitment to selling my property. They were positive, genuine and knowledgeable about the ' housing market' and the saleability of my property. They were spot on with their valuation and any caveats- the latter didn't materialise. Within days I had several viewings and offers.
Thereafter I never looked back. The eventual sale took much longer than anticipated inspite of Element, not because of them, although regular contact & consistently providing updates keeping myself in the loop with was at times anxiety provoking, however, at all times I felt Element Properties had my back.
I've not had such an experience with estate agents before (and I have bought and sold a number of properties).

Moved in to our property a week ago and Element have been faultless so far. Staff were very friendly and helpful in the weeks leading up to the move. The inventory is thorough, the property is clean and the agent has been very responsive including having the property cleaned again after some maintenance work left areas of the house dusty. We were supplied with helpful documents showing the locations of all gas/electricity meters, stopcocks, etc. There seems to be a straightforward online portal for reporting maintenance issues. We have been using Element for a while now, they have managed our properties exactly how it should be done. We went from 2 different agencies that were not up to date with regulations, we were always chasing them for gas certs etc. We were just fed up.
I do not normally write reviews, however today they went above and beyond and I cannot thank the team enough. I will always recommend them. My relatives have also used them for selling property, and have told me that the knowledge these guys have on property is outstanding.

The flat looked great on-line and attracted a lot of interest. They arranged for about 25 viewings in the space of one week. I cannot recommend Element Properties highly enough. If you are looking for an agent in the area then you should look no further - they are truly exceptional and you will never regret this decision. Until I had the good fortune to purchase a flat through them, I had no idea that the estate agent played a role in a successful transaction - I thought that they were basically a shop window and their role was done when the offer was accepted. How wrong I was. I have now learned that the estate agent is a bigger factor than any other in a successful transation. On this basis they have been outstanding and it is absolutely impossible to fault anything that they have said or done. The level of service has been truly spectacular. George and his team have been incredibly proactive in moving the purchase forward, providing skilled support and wisdom to both me and the vendor in order to set everything up for success. When we had unexpected difficulties, George not only dropped everything to help us iron them out but always gave knowledgeable advice that turned out to be right every single time. There have been a few times when it looked as though we were at risk of not being able to go forward - and every single time George has been proactive in gripping the problem and helped us to find a solution together that worked for everyone. He could not have had my interests more at heart and I know that the vendor would also say the same thing - he is a brilliant negotiator who knows exactly how to make a transaction successful and leave all parties feeling happy and relieved. I also can't fault the charm and customer service ethic of Element Properties. Every time I have needed to contact them, George or one of his colleagues has come back in an instant to provide the support needed with a big smile. I have never felt like a source of trouble to them even though I am sure that sometimes I must have been! When you come across an agency you haven't heard of in London, it's natural to be skeptical, but George and Element were very professional from the beginning. I’m one of three students who were looking to move into a flat in time for second year. Despite the very unexpected circumstances at the moment, George and the team at Element Properties and Co. could not have been more helpful in helping us to move in to our new place. They responded to all our messages within a few hours and did all they could to answer all our questions - and we had a lot with this being our first time renting! They charged no hidden fees, very reasonable rent and were completely transparent every step of the way. When they showed us around the flat, all social distancing guidelines were adhered to and they made sure we all had adequate PPE as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Element Properties to anyone!

They also clearly care about what they are doing, not like many landlords/agents in London who have minimal care for the properties and renters.
