They either have fake property ads (sales) on Zoopla, or are not trained enough to find them in the system. I had to call a few times to get through to lettings that put me through to sales (the same person picked up) and tried to get me to view something else even though the property is not marked as 'under offer' or 'sold' so it does feel a bit scammy to me especially that the pictures of the property were super blurry, like screenshots from other sites perhaps.
