I'm a landlord. Having spoken to tenants who've had to deal with B and P, I am thoroughly appalled by the aggressive and possibly illegal fashion, with which this agent treats tenants. I will be avoiding them, and I urge all other landlords and tenants to do so.... Read more

I vacated my flat over three months ago but as yet have not received my deposit back. Spoken to them directly and communicated by email, agreed to money being taken out for extra cleaning but still no refund of deposit. Sad as communication was always good during term of contract.... Read more
