Excellent, in particular Mark Brown. He regularly updated us with the progress of the buying/selling after ringing everyone concerned up and down the chain. He was always available either by phone and WhatsAPP, ( we’ll let him of the two weeks that he had his operation/ recovery). Without Mark and a typically slow solicitors, the whole process would have been lets say extremely painful.

Our whole experience with Elliot Heath was great, Elliot and Ronnie in particular were fantastic and very accommodating to our needs.
They provided regular updates and were always pro-active in chasing up and relaying feedback from viewings. The market was very slow for much of the period our house was for sale but we always felt a valued customer and were consistently getting people viewing our property.
We were so pleased when the sale finally went through, and appreciate all the hard work the team did.

Cannot rate Elliot Heath enough. This is our third move so have met a few estate agents, and the team at Elliot Heath have been so easy to deal with, efficient and friendly. Our house listing photos were brilliant, viewings were taken care of and our house sold quickly, they also were brilliant at showing us properties and helping get the one we wanted. Elliott Heath looked after the sale of our flat in Ware. From our initial contact through to completion, Rikki, Elliott, Clare and Ronnie were excellent. They were all extremely friendly, proactive and professional throughout the whole process. Beginning our sale during the mortgage uncertainty, we were apprehensive about interest and getting sensible offers in a difficult climate. However, with their contacts and proactive approach, we had an offer within two weeks! They provided prompt support when any issues, queries or delays arose, helpful when clarifying and submitting paperwork and also provided support during our house search. They also have excellent relationships with other agents in the town which makes everything run smoothly and feels very productive. They also work with Olly, a mortgage advisor who hot desks in the office, also brilliant and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I can not thank the amazing Elliot Heath team enough.
We meet Elliot many years ago and always remembered what a nice guy he was - so when the time came for us to move we called him straight away. He came to value our house and recommended that we list it for 450k with the hope to sell it for 440k. So we did and a couple of months later we agreed an offer for that exact price.
The team are amazing, super organised , always communicate. Always available if we needed anything.
Moving house for us was stressful at times - but Elliot and Rikki were so hands on. And helped us at every step.

I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Elliot Heath Estate agents highly enough. After being messed around and having poor service from another Hertfordshire based estate agent which resulted in a property falling through and a lot of time and money wanted, working with Elliott was like a breath of fresh air.
Elliott was patient and attentive to all our questions, as the buyer I felt that he was trust worthy and honest in looking after our interests as much as the sellers who were the ones paying the fee!

Rikki & Elliot recently secured a buyer for our property in Ware and, despite a few hurdles towards the end, got the sale safely over the line in 3 months. They were understanding, patient and willing to go above and beyond when we needed to get surveyors and external tradesmen involved. The rest of the team were also really supportive and able to help in their absence. Based on my experience I wouldn’t consider using another agent if buying & selling in the area again.

I'll start by saying I'm really not a fan of Estate Agents. The industry as a whole needs a shake up and there are far too many bad operators. Elliot Heath however, are shining lights of how it SHOULD work.
Knowledgeable and professional with a local market reach and awareness that feels unparalleled from the off, we never once doubted that not only would they sell our family home, but also secure us a cracking (but fair) price from our buyers. Which they nailed perfectly.
Both Elliot and Rikki are great guys; there is no pushy sales chat, it just is what it is to them and they're totally devoted to getting the job done in partnership with you. In short, they can be trusted to be there when you need them, but not when you don't - all the while just getting on with it. Superb business in the background too, with clearly the best reputation in the local market for a reason. Congrats guys, amazing service.

Elliot Heath are by far the best agent I have dealt with in the local area.
Having originally arranged a valuation on our own property we were not sure whether to put our house on the market or not. Elliot was very helpful in keeping us informed of market conditions given the market conditions at the time.
We viewed a property that they had just put on the market a few weeks later, despite us not being on the market ourselves. We loved the house and then proceeded to arrange photographs on our property almost instantly. Within the first ten days of marketing they had two offers for us.
We then secured the house we wanted after being outbid first time round and Rikki was at hand during the entire conveyancing process and took care of any questions we had for ourselves and our buyers.
I would recommend Elliot Heath to anyone looking to work with a professional and honest agency and I will 100% be using them again in the future.

Rikki and Elliot are the estate agent equivalent to The Proclaimers, in so much as they don’t just go the extra mile, they go 500 miles to ensure they give you the gold star treatment and service. .
Our purchase should have been an easy affair, but through circumstances out of their control it became protracted to the point where our mortgage offer was about to expire and we ran the risk of losing the house. Rikki was there throughout the drama, listened to me as if I were the only client he had (when I know that wasn’t the case), got straight on to it chasing the right people and we are now in our dream home.
But it wasn’t just during the purchase we received excellent service. We had been looking for around 8 months for the right house. Rikki and Elliot were there throughout, always sending details of houses that met our requirements (unlike other local agents who sent through anything and everything it would seem). I have read other reviews that say it was like Rikki and Elliot knew them personally and I would wholeheartedly concur with that. Even now they remember the houses we viewed with them and the conversations we had.
In conclusion. Two great guys, who know their stuff, concentrate on giving excellent customer service, will work their socks off to get your sale or purchase over the line and have a great team to back them up. Talking of which, if they recommend Ollie Dulson from Mortgage and Money Management for your mortgage requirement then take that advice. He is the third member The Proclaimers never had!
Would I recommend Elliot Heath? In a heartbeat I would.

RIkki and George have been nothing less than amazing and professional all the way through and have gone above and beyond in helping us in every way.
We did see other estate agents in the area when we were looking at properties, but George and Rikki came out on top for us. They were just genuine, straight talking people, and we liked that.
Rikki (One of the business owners), has been amazing and kept us updated every step of the way. We really felt that he was in our corner and not just trying to sell us something.
George even went out of his way to help us to get some new flooring in and took John (The flooring man) to assess our flat in his own time and out of hours!

Elliot, Ricky and George are such down to earth, genuine people who I really believe wanted the best for us. I really felt that over the time it took to sell and finally complete, they got to know us as a family and were able to guide us to buying the perfect house for us and not rushing into something just because we were desperate to move. There aren't many agents who are as honest as these guys.
They kept us up-to-date every step of the way and when there wasn't any updates they checked in to let us know we were still being thought about.
When we almost lost our dream home they worked hard to make sure we were able to secure it again which they didn't have to do at all.
Claire and Mark are always to kind and courteous on the phones and made sure we had any information we wanted.
A massive thank you for helping us through a long 2 year process. We are so happy to be in Ware and if we ever move again then you will be our first contact!

My experience to date with Elliot Heath has been a pleasure. The process of house-hunting can be stressful, and when dealing with multiple agents the good ones really rise to the top! These guys are not just head and shoulders above the rest of the Ware agents, they are in a league of their own. They consult their brains before their computers as they have a running mental database of sellers and buyers on their books. Within 48 hours of enquiring about marketing our home they had five viewings set up and one of those yielded an offer which subsequently led to a completed sale four months later. When we had to pull out of our initial planned purchase they quickly identified that a property that they had just taken on would match our particular needs.
They demonstrated their willingness to go the extra mile on moving day when our choice of completion date unfortunately clashed with our road being fully resurfaced (something we discovered one hour after exchange of contracts!) which held up the removal process. As well as liaising with our buyers (who were not immediately moving their belongings in) to allow an extension on the time of vacating the property Elliot changed into a pair of jeans and helped to shift boxes, bags and various paraphernalia into our hire van!

When we we looking at purchasing a property through them, everything was great they were always on time for bookings and very knowledgeable on every property we visited as well as professional. Buying a house through them was a long process for us but they were always patient and communication on anything coming to market was excellent.
Once we purchased the house this is where we found things a little more difficult due to emails going answered and call backs not being received. Our process lasted three months and unfortunately towards the end of the sale (which fell through not to the fault of Elliot Heath) we were left completely in the dark as to what was happening with the property and when a moving date might be put in place.
As mentioned the sale never went through and we had to pull out,
