I have been dealing with Lets for a number of years and can't thank them enough for the way they've dealt with me over that time. They've always gone above and beyond. I've always found them to be friendly, courteous and professional. I had no hesitation in recommending them to friends who had a property to let and who have now used them for a number of years. Shocking company. Extremely unprofessional. Left my family with no heating for over 2 weeks in winter, a leaking roof for 2 years and a property riddled with mould. Avoid!

I have used Lets to rent properties for the last eighteen years. Throughout that time they have always been professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, reliable and have shown good attention to detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of using them to rent a property.

I have been dealing with Eric Farr and his team at Lets for the past 10 years. Each and every member of staff that I have dealt with has been helpful, courteous and attentive. They have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. My rental property in Ware has been in safe hands. I would highly recommend them.

Arrogant and rude, also had sexist remarks. Only want you to let from them if you're rich. I would urge people not to put their places up for let via this agency, go for one which will accept working class people.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Judgemental from the moment you walk in and just rude. Made sexist remarks to 'marry some one rich' if you work full time on a low income.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I have to say how helpful and professional Lets are. Our previous letting agents on Ware high Street were a nightmare to deal with but the team members at Lets were a breath of fresh air. Always friendly and willing to help, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
