Barton and co were not my estate agents but the agents for my sellers. I had a very difficult buyer that caused numerous difficulties in the chain and Bartons were the only estate agents to drive the chain through and help come to a resolution. Excellent service. We put the house on the market just before lockdown and within 24 hours Daryl had arranged a viewing with the eventual buyers. Aleksandra then did a great job of constantly chasing up both sets of solicitors to keep things moving through the tricky lockdown period, and the sale completed smoothly at the full asking price.

My wife & I can't thank Chris Hendon at Barton & Co enough.
We were three weeks away from moving house when we found out our seller was pulling out !!...So we needed to secure a rental house fast.
This is where Chris came in to help, he found us a great house in the area of Norfolk we wanted.

Living 200 miles away from a property that one is going to Let can cause so many difficulties. Add to that a refurbishment programme and the anxiety levels rise even further. No problem for me; I had Barton & Co supporting me, tirelessly, throughout the five and a half months that it took to get the property ready for Rental.

Barton suggested appropriate professionals to carry out the work and these companies, in turn, kept me informed with regular messages and photographs.

As soon as the property was ready to rent, viewings took place and within a matter of days there were tenants ready to move in.

Then there was "Lockdown". Things needed to be sorted quickly...and they were!

Chris Hendon joined the company after Christmas and took over my problematic little package! What an asset Chris is to Barton: professional, calm, thoughtful, positive and so hard working.

Chris was at the end of a phone, almost morning, noon and night, during the particularly awkward and troubled times; giving reassurance, advice and providing a friendly ear!

Thank you, Chris, you went above and beyond, in my view. I look forward, very much, to meeting with you one day.
