My husband and I were shown round a property recently by Nicola Pearce of Barton & Co. We were very impressed by her presentation of the property, she had definitely done her homework and in her preparation had asked the vendor the sort of questions that we were asking her about the property so she was well prepared. She knew the area well. Whilst having decided not to offer on the property it was so nice to meet an estate agent who knew their stuff and presented it well, having been on a week of visits with agents who were nowhere near so well prepared!...
