Excellent job in a difficult ‘brexit’ market. Took a fair amount of time to find a buyer, which I think was related. Mixed service; one guy very responsive, another not so. Would say very facilitative in viewings/surveyors/certifications etc etc required to satisfy buyers. Main observation was we were ‘denied’ access/contact with the buyers, meaning we never met/formed a relationship, which manifested into some antagonism.

I am a mother of two children
who are currently in maternity and this agency does not accept income from maternity this is very revolting for a mother who is in the maternity to care for her children does not have the rights staff of this agency is very arrogant and does not help you in clear explanation.

They are very polite, professional, good value for money and great in communicating with you.

We used Arnolds Keys to as the surveyors for a number of properties that we were looking to buy. The surveys were conducted quickly, and whenever we called for updates we were looked after marvellously by Belinda, or whoever else was picking up the phones, that day. As a result, we managed to avoid buying a house that had been done up really badly by cowboy builders, and are now happily ensconced in another house, in full knowledge of what needs doing up urgently, and what can be left.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

She was very professional with such a positive, 'can do' attitude that made the whole process so much easier.
