In my honest and truthful opinion, I had a negative experience with Bedebrooke - without naming names. I found there to be an undercurrent of rudeness within their communications, and if someone asked me if I would personally recommend them, I'd decline to do so.

Great service provided by Phil.
Allowed us to view the property multiple times even out of office hours and genuinely wanted what was best for us.
Made the entire process especially the moving week really stress free and was really responsive to messages.
In the unlikely event we sell up we will definitely be using Bedebrook.

Really poor company. Received a text letting me know they were just waiting on a key from the landlord for the apartment I was interested in viewing. I messaged the next day asking if it the property was available yet? They ignored my text for 5 days then replied saying they will have the key tomorrow for a viewing. I said ok let me know what time. They didn’t reply all day. It got to 3 o’clock the next day and still no reply. I text them and they ignored it. I call and no answer. Then receive a message asking me to state my enquiry. Such a strange company.

I left the apartment informed the person who gave me the house and up till now they still send me bills even when I have left the property. Call severally and email no feedback, you guys are disturbing my mental health

We sold our house with Bedebrook after it being up for ages with another local estate agent, who were rubbish.
They got us the asking price and the whole experience (despite a few unforseen issues that couldn't be helped as they were with our buyer's buyer!!) was great with the team. We'd definitely use Bedebrook again!

Unfortunately this agency was very unreliable in providing me an accommodation. Phil picked up my phone calls up on to when to sign a contract and move in and he started ignoring my calls. Several texts and calls but at first he would respond now not anymore. Leaving me to last minute look for an alternative.
