The worst letting agent in Sunderland. Very unprofessional and they try anything to withhold money back from your deposit, have tried numerous times to do so, terrible customer service and rude staff. They facilitate the landlord trying to get as much money as they can. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

This estate agency is absolutely terrible I am currently living in a flat rented out by this estate agency and for two years we have been complaining about a leak in the shower but they keep saying it’s the sealing around the shower which is the problem. The flat which is directly down stairs has approached us and has told us the leak is travelling down into their home and still nothing has been done through numerous complaints to Andrew Craig in Sunderland

Quite unpleasant. Single dad working part time, but the minute you mention that you receive any tax credits or other benefits, you might as well have some contagious disease!
