Dominique has been with me every step of the way, even through the tears and tantrums. Always friendly , helpful and up front. I couldn't of asked for more and the solicitor Dominique introduced me to was great and again very friendly and never tired of my calls and questions. Contacted this company yesterday and was left appalled by what can only be described as incompetent amateurs who lack any professionalism! The man who answered my call simply responded with 'what do you want' rather than the more common 'hello, how can I help you'. I thought how rude, but continued. As I enquired about one of their properties I received nothing but abusive and foul mouthed comments, along with him hanging the phone up on me. This man had an absolutely disgraceful telephone manner and a complete lack of emotional intelligence, that showed no interest for anyone calling. Furthermore, their website is mediocre with minimal information and a lack of properties, which suggests lack of experience in the housing market. Stay well clear of these cowboys!! Update to answer owner: You most definitely have a male colleague working for you as a friend of mine called your company and was told (by the same man) that he was your partner and would get YOU to call me back when you return to the office (which you didn't). We also found out, after knocking on the door of a property you are advertising as for sale, that it ISN'T for sale and that the advertising board is just for show. This was confirmed by the owner of the property and subsequently has been reported as this is illegal.... Read more

These people are unfriendly, unhelpful, and have no knowledge of the housing market! The woman who took my call didn't seem to want to give me any information regarding the property they are selling, which suggests it's either a scam or they simple don't know what they are doing. Regarding the other posts, I highly doubt that this company have sold any properties and believe the review by 'Stacey' and 'Gary' to be a conflict of interest by family members. The other post that states they are mediocre is more correct, given that they only opened in April 2017 and their capital/income is less than a train ticket. Their website seems to be filed with photo-shopped images of their logo on top on other estate agents pictures, which raises alarm bells. There have not been any properties up for sale or sold via their website in the last few months and after the way I was spoken to I will not be recommending them to anyone. Note to potential customers, if you see any 5 star reviews with glowing praises for this company explaining how they have sold properties, just do a little research into the company and you'll find out it's fraudulent as this company have not sold any properties, which indicates false reviews, which in turn points to either bad business ethic or a scam!!... I would like to thanks the team at Bella estates for the excellent service provided throughout the sale of my property, Your staff were extremely helpful, polite and ensured the property was well presented at viewings and left tidy and secure. My mind was put at ease during the process, at first I was a little reluctant as I no longer live in the area but the team at Bella estates dealt with everything for me in a professional manor, I look forward to working with you guys again in the near future...
