From our initial contact with Ryan for a valuation to the photographer, to Georgia and Lydia who managed our viewings this company were very professional. Our house sold on the second viewing initially,unfortunately our buyers chain broke down but flying keys sold our house for us for the second time in record time! I had my house up for sale with a well known online estate agent for 7 months. I was having many viewings but no offers. After a few conversations with Francessca via telephone I agreed to put my house on the market with Flying Keys. Within a week my house sold! Throughout the process the team were all very helpful and could not do enough to support us through the stress of moving homes. Honestly I cannot explain how helpful flying keys were, so fast and thorough with everything they done while selling my house. Very professional and a friendly service with every person I dealt with. Georgia O’Connell was absolutely amazing and helpful with me throughout the whole time and was always happy to answer questions I had (and I had a lot of them) Can’t recommend flying keys enough. Will be using again in the near future ????

As a prior buyer I can't say I had any issues with them.
I nearly completed a purchase with them. They did their utmost to ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible and stepping in when needed to push relevant parties when issues in the sale process arose. As a buyer I was over the moon with all they did to help.
They are always easy to get hold of, someone will always get back to you pretty quickly after emailing. They are reliable for house viewings, always on time.
I have no experience of selling a home with them, so could not comment.
