No internet. 3 months and nothing fixed. Moved in and lovely house and neighbours but quickly found out KeepMoat lied and the estate has zero internet connection. Few problems such as leaking shower, broken oven and missing tap part. Sub contractors visited and “bodged” the fixing work, now 200 emails to customer support down and no replies. Complaint send to head office and NHBC. More interested in selling properties than supporting existing customers, if you buy a home prepare for a a lot of hard work and effort.... Read more
