A positive experience from start to finish. From the first valuation which was very accurate, the production of sales material including a video presentation was very good, they handled all of the viewings for me and once an offer had been agreed the completions team guided the sale through to a smooth conclusion. The property was sold and completed within 4 months of making initial contact with the agency - a professional outfit.

never did , rang today
to late , if can not be bothered to ring back , would not want to do business with incompetence,
have lost some one a sale, disgusting service , go elswhere
All staff have all been great from start to finish, bought my new home 2yrs ago through them and finally SOLD my old home which completed today !

I had an unpleasant experience renting from Rook Matthews Sayer.
They sneaked into my contract that my utilities would automatically be switched to Spark Energy (who have previously ceased trading / gone bust) who aren't the cheapest of energy suppliers - presumably RMS get a payment from Spark to do this. I missed this clause in the contract and had further difficulties trying to swtich back.

Incompetent, slow, unreliable.
Been Tenants with Bowes Mitchell for nearly 3 years, we are luckily moving out but thats also presented its own problems.
From when we moved in they have always been slow in contacting our landlord, to the point where we were without a working shower for 4 months and when we chose to contact our landlord directly he told us that he wasn't aware of the issue and he got it fixed within 48 hours.
We have issues with the front door, they refuse to acknowledge or provide us with updated details for our landlord.
They seem more concerned with carrying out 6 month checks and worrying about whether the front garden grass is trimmed or not! Bearing in mind that the front garden is more weeds than grass, horribly uneven and they refuse to accept that and blame us for not keeping on top of the garden!
Then we come to the most recent issue, they don't seem to want to do viewings for during their office hours and would much prefer making us as tenants carry out the viewings. Which would be fine if they informed us of any changes in veiwing appointments! But suprise suprise they don't tell us and then blame us for not receiving a voicemail! I gave them my email address instead, was promised I would get an email about viewing appointments, and yet again they haven't bothered emailing.
Be glad to be rid of them!
