From start to finish, the company facilitated an incredibly smooth and hassle-free process, which made the transition into my new home seamless. The highlight of the experience was the professionalism of Ali, the Head of Sales and Lettings, in coordinating offers. He was exceptionally efficient and always provided a quick response to queries, offering great general support whenever it was needed. If you are looking for a stress-free rental process with a highly responsive team, I cannot recommend their services enough.
17th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Following the death of my brother, I appointed JWWood to sell his property. Notwithstanding a perceived problem, the agent obtained numerous offers around the asking price and although one offer fell through after lengthy procrastination by the proposed buyer Clare Richardson and her team rapidly obtained another offer at a higher price. Thereafter Clare became my point of contact and after several months during which numerous issues needed to be resolved, the sale has now been completed. Many thanks goes to Clare for the professional manner in which she has handled a multitude of issues from the time the property was listed for sale to completion.

I would especially like to thank Joanne Ridley, who has always been incredibly supportive. Whenever I have queries, she explains everything so clearly and responds in a timely manner, which has made the process stress-free. Luke was also a huge help when I was searching for properties to rent. He assisted me thoroughly in finding the right place. Additionally, Justine has been amazing regarding maintenance issues. She is always responsive and ensures that any problems are sorted out in a timely manner. I truly enjoy staying in a property managed by Living Spaces!

Right from the get go they were engaged with our property, amenable to our requests and willing to go the extra mile. The quality of the photography made us consider wanting to put in an offer for our home! We were actually away on holiday during the sale of our home (it took just two weeks to have a confirmed sale) but John did a fantastic job of showing people around the property even looking after a little one in the garden so her parents had time to look around without distraction. John's advice was also invaluable when we came to 'best and final' offers. The support did not stop at the memorandum of sale but continued with frequent communication throughout the whole of the selling process and WalkersXchange provided an excellent liaison between us and the buyers. Thank you to all of you for making this often complex journey so pain free; we have highly recommended you to friends and family.

13th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Very disappointing experience with the management. It took 2.5 months to receive the deposit refund, and throughout that time there was almost no communication. Emails were rarely answered, and we had to call multiple times just to get updates. The refund was processed today after we sent a formal warning. The lack of responsiveness and transparency made the process unnecessarily stressful. I hope they improve their communication and handling of deposits in the future.

6th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Avoid this agency. We paid a deposit on the 13th and submitted all required documents. After that, communication almost completely stopped. Emails were ignored and the agent responsible said she would confirm the possible move-in date (23rd) with the landlord — then disappeared. No calls, no emails. We only found out that the landlord had agreed to our tenancy when we called them ourselves. They clearly knew earlier but never informed us. Later we were told the flat had multiple issues (faulty window, damaged carpet, toilet problems). As of the 27th, they still couldn’t give us a clear move-in date. Two weeks of waiting and uncertainty — and in the end we were left with no flat. Completely unprofessional.
