Untrustworthy and Incompetent! Deposit awarded to the landlord by the Deposit Protection Team not passed to the landlord. Missing or non-paid rental payments not dealt with, or not passed on to the landlord. Do not engage with Belvoir Lichfield unless you want a nightmare on your hands. Pleased to report that the High Court Enforcement agents recover the debt from this company.... Read more

Terrible experience, trying to get my deposit from a tenancy back and cannot track them down..a bit of research reveals a muddy mix of invalid registered addresses, multiple phone numbers which no one answers, and a strike off threat on companies house which all goes to prove what coboys these guys are. Still havent got my deposit back and yet i have to pay a solicitor to witness my claim form being signed?! Even my landlord agrees with me and said its out of his hands. I'm pursuing this with the property ombudsman as something is fishy with this agency....... Read more

Absolutely awful people to deal with. Please do not rent with belvoir, awful at the start of the tenancy and even worse at the end. Trying to get our deposit back is like drawing blood from stone....even when the landlord/owner of the house has instructed them to do so! 1 star is a star too many....... Read more

Being a first time landlady I was quite uneducated and nervous about the process. We met with several agents at our address & chose to ask Ben & his team at Belvoir to guide us through the process of renting our home. In short Belvoir fully explained the process / costs and my responsibilities. Belvoir rented my house within 48 hours. I was kept fully updated . I felt I did very little, as Belvoir did everything required ! I asked Belvoir to 'Let Only' my property but I have already decided I wish them to complete the required property checks for the duration of the tenancy. Thank you Ben & team you made everything very simple . Very professional & reliable. Can't imagine using another agent after my experience with Belvoir :)... Read more
