I have had the pleasure of being supported by Sarah, Grace, and Harriet all of which have been superb throughout the sales process. All staff members are professional, personable and extremely efficient. They kept me up to date at all times, and quite honestly they would always be my first choice estate agent in Lichfield.
I have been using John German since the early 2000s and while other agents have come and gone, John German still remain. The reason is that they have an excellent leader....Sarah Hill. Most of the staff have been with the office for a significant period of time, and they all work together cohesively, which speaks volumes and is indicative that Sarah has coached and developed each staff member well. In view of this, whoever handles your enquiry in the Lichfield office will ensure either a smooth purchase, sale or let.

Grace has been amazing and at the forefront of driving our chain to the point of exchange, after a very long 11 month wait. She was extremely proactive and provided ourselves and our Vendors with weekly updates as to what was happening above us and with her related sale. We are at the bottom of the chain and if it were not for Graces help, we would have had no choice but to pull out of the sale some time ago.

We’ve used John German’s Lettings Dept at Lichfield to manage a couple of Properties in Lichfield.
Whilst there have been a number of teething issues on our side I’ve found that Becky Scargill has been fantastic in the professional manner & friendly approach with which she deals with matters.

I would highly recommend John German. Throughout the whole process of viewing to completing, they kept us up-to-date and were always available to answer any questions we had, even through COVID-19. Grace was our first contact and she was great! Once our offer was accepted we were introduced to Sarah who was just so lovely and honest, as well as straight to the point which gave us so much confidence in knowing she understood what we were saying, especially as first time buyers.

Every single person I spoke with at John German went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful- Sarah, Lucy and Reiss in particular. Despite me choosing a house via another agent in the end, I would 100% recommend John German to any buyer or seller. They all obviously really care about what they do and don't come across as 'pushy' or 'salesy' like a lot of other agents do. I will definitely use them in the future!
