7th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)They’ve moved to a dingy cottage on Upper St John Street, and told no-one, not even their head office knows where they’ve gone, and gave me the Bore Street address when I phoned to ask where they’ve gone. Gives the distinct impression that they’re cutting costs and on the verge of going under.

Having dealt with a different local agent in the past, Beth was a real breath of fresh air. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her support and guidance made everything run smoothly from start to finish. We’re very grateful for the “hand-holding” approach she provided—it really made a difference during what can often be a stressful time. 23rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Just purchasing a property through Martin & Co Sutton. With hindsight I wish I had also used them for the sale of my previous property too. Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

Claire & the team are the most friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive team, and they made the process so unbelievably smooth. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous, especially regarding mortgages and the application process but Lisa and Donna both made the process completely calming and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns, and at any time of day. If you are in Tamworth or local I would absolutely advise purchasing or selling with Greens. You will not be dissatisfied. Thank you so much Claire & team for making this the most amazing experience.

Lorraine was the sales progressor and she worked hard to support communications to enable completion to occur to schedule. The whole team pulled together throughout the sales timeline. I would recommend Acres Four Oaks to others.

10th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

7th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I have had an excellent experience with Hollie at Hunters, she is such a kind and friendly person. We are first time buyers and had two viewings done by her. She was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of useful advice. I would recommend her to anyone!

18th Apr 2026 (1 day ago)We’ve just moved in to our house that we bought through Wilkins. We had a really positive experience, the whole team were friendly and professional. A big thanks to Ben who showed us around a couple of properties and was always knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t actually want to view the property we bought initially, but Ben insisted it ticked a lot of our boxes and wouldn’t take no for an answer - and we’re glad he didn’t as we loved it and offered that day. A great salesman but not in a pushy way, if we were to sell I’d choose Ben as I know he’d be proactive in selling our house. Also a massive thanks to Jade who dealt with the sales progression. Although we never met, she was always friendly, on hand to help and kept us up to date all the way through the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilkins to buy or sell through.
17th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)We feel that the original advertising could have been better, the original photos didn't present the property as well as they could have. That being said, the market was slow at the start of the year, so its hard to separate the impact of advertising from wider market conditions. When we did start to question the advertising Andrew Downing-Booth came out to redo the photos himself, so we have no complaints about the quality or responsiveness of their customer service team. The office team are also great, they're easy to speak with and very quick at communicating between buyers and sellers.

From the First day I asked to view the house I was interested She has go above and beyond to make the home we want our dream home. I would 100% recommend to buy with this easte agent Maisie has been in the other end of a phone call or email if I need her.
