Make sure they get their poor Mgt Co. “GEM” to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment, as required by law, before 15 months after moving in unlike at Warfield Park, which failed, & their “in-house” report condones legal lease breaches & have no regard to owners, contractors / cleaners health & safety. Very very poor & failed to send a copy of the buildings insurance which could be Invalid as failed Risk Assessment has not been attended to with-in the recommended time period. Beware if spending serious money as you won’t get any better service - google “their appointed Mgt Co” & beware.... Read more
