Terrible letting service. They sub contract work out and then when you have issues they do not want to help and pass you off to their contractor. I would not put my property on with them or, rent through them.

They use a 'central' department so you end up not dealing with your local agent.....so no relationship.

Particularly irritating...Struggling with the concept that we are not moving and do not wish to be contacted. Despite their confirmation that our records have been update to reflect our request I am still receiving calls!

Our experience as prospective buyers with the Botley branch (not other branches) is that they took a significant amount of time to (or wouldn’t) respond to emails, and when called, would say that they would get someone to call back, but this never happened.

Terry at Chancellors has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to estate agents. We really had given up hope of finding someone we felt was honest and reliable, but he managed to make us feel confident and happy with our buying/selling experience.
