We had a number of agents round to value the property and Connor from Carr Williams seemed the most knowledgeable of the local area and had the most experience in the estate agency business locally.
He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion.
Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase.

Thank you so much to Connor and Hugh for everything. We’ve been searching for a property for over a year now, so did see them regularly when viewing different properties. When a few properties came up for viewing on Rightmove, it just so happened to be a bank holiday. Hugh was the only estate agent that returned our call and even took us on a viewing on the same day. Nothing was too much trouble, and they happily guided us through the process. We really couldn’t recommend them enough.

Both my wife and I found the team of Huw, Connor and Linda a delight to work with and following a poor start with another agent who messed us about we decided on instructing this firm and were so glad that we did. Within a matter of weeks we had a reasonable offer and they managed the transaction efficiently.
