Anna from Hamptons has been my link person for the last year and she's great. Always responds to me and gets things done. She also appreciates that I work hard to be a good tenant and supports that to my (lovely) landlord.

She was always responsive, patient and easy to communicate with, and I really appreciated the time and effort she put into helping us.<br><br>She made the whole process feel much easier and was always a pleasure to deal with. He is incredibly professional, patient and attentive, and what I appreciate most is that he actually takes the time to listen carefully to every concern and question I have. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and he always makes me feel that my property and my concerns are being properly looked after.<br><br>The whole team has been fantastic, friendly, efficient, professional and so easy to deal with. It makes such a difference knowing that you have a team you can trust and rely on.<br><br>Thank you to Hazem and the entire Chancellors team for all your hard work, care and support.<br>You have genuinely made the whole experience so much easier, and I’m extremely grateful. ??????????<br><br>Highly, highly recommended!

Our property was sold & completed within four months, and throughout the entire process we received outstanding support and communication.<br>The team generated a strong level of interest, arranged numerous viewings, and kept us regularly updated on feedback, the buyers' position, and progress within the chain. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence at every stage.<br>What could have been a 'stressful process' was handled efficiently and seamlessly. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future.

Brad, Adele and Freya were also all great and made the whole process really straightforward.<br><br>Everyone was friendly, professional and genuinely seemed to care about helping. 2nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)?????<br><br>We recently dealt with HPrestige regarding a tenancy and, although unfortunately it didn't work out in the end, I really wanted to leave a review because of how impressed we were with Harpreet and Ben throughout the whole process.<br><br>Harpreet found what was genuinely the perfect property for our family, so we were extremely disappointed that, due to circumstances completely outside of the agency's control, we were ultimately unable to proceed with it.<br><br>From day one, Harpreet was amazing. He went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent. He was always available, constantly kept us updated and repeatedly chased things on our behalf. He was even messaging us with updates in the evenings, which really showed that he was completely on top of everything and genuinely cared about getting things sorted for us.<br><br>When the situation became more complicated, Ben also got personally involved and was equally brilliant. Both of them dealt with what could have become a very difficult situation in an incredibly professional, fair and pragmatic way. At no point did we feel ignored or left wondering what was happening.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents over the years, this experience really stood out. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but I think you learn much more about a company and the people behind it when something goes wrong. Despite us not ending up with the property, we came away with an extremely positive impression of HPrestige because of the way Harpreet and Ben handled everything.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to use HPrestige again or recommend them to others.
