We had first spoken to Amelia on the phone who was super helpful and kind during a stressful process of finding the right property. After meeting her at the first viewing we really enjoyed speaking to her and getting to know her, there is a sense of trust that you get quickly from her which is very important during this time. I've been using the BHHS fully managed service for half a year. At the beginning the service was not good in any way. However, since I was assigned Michael Taylor, everything has been excellent. Michael is responsive, professional and honest. Through Michael I got my HMO license remedial actions complete which although not the biggest project, it required lots of effort and coordination. Despite the poor service at the start of fully managed, since Michael it's been 5 stars. TY !

Amélia is an incredible estate agent. I have never seen an agent as thoughtful, responsive and professional as her. She cares both about the property owners and prospective tenants. Her honesty and genuine interest to find the best matches for both owner and tenant, should be an example for so many bad agents. We were not able to find a property with Berkshire, but Amélia is the sole reason why we would always recommend the agency and if needed in the future reach out to her!

Horrible and unprofessional property management. As a long time BH investor, sad to see the brand crumble in the hands of these moronic yo-yos. They need a brand refresh course on how to be in the property business and fire whoever leads their London office and hire someone who can properly deliver the Berkshire way. This isn't it.

I had a really good experience renting through this company, Amélia Merulla was really really helpful in supporting me looking for properties, really responsive in terms of solving my doubts, visiting the flat several time through online views. And supported me all the way through while trying to find and apartment in London while I was living abroad. I have realized that looking for flat in a really competitive market is really stressful and having someone that could support me through the process while I was not in the UK was an absolute must. Luckily for me I found Amélia! I would fully recommend to work with her!

Really unprofessional service. Called 5 minutes after flat was out on the market and they were still unsure of the hours available for viewings due to the tenant schedule and told me I’ll be contacted with the details once they are sure of the hours, called again couple of times at the end of their working hours because there was no message whatsoever with the details, nobody answered. When I called again next day in the morning I was told my viewing is at 9:45AM and that message was sent yesterday (it was not). Booked viewing for me the next day when in the morning I called to make sure about the viewing because the flat wasn’t on the market anymore (as well as not getting a booking confirmation with the date and the full address)they told me that it was let already. Really unprofessional and not helpful at all, if I wouldn’t call I wouldn’t probably even get the message that is rented already and would wait in front of the building and wait for them.
