Don't waste your time!I was looking to rent a property & arranged a date/time to view & if it wasn't for myself contacting them to confirm that somebody would be at the property to greet us & view then I wouldn't of known they was short staffed & that nobody would be there to let us in. Unprofessional. I was told I would recieve a phone call back to rearrange but yet to hear anything back. I won't be using this company on the grounds that there unprofessionalism is shocking & there lack of communication has cost myself money through having to book the time of around a viewing that nobody had any intention on attending.... They told my friend he could move in next week and took two months rent. Turns out the flat wasn't ready. When he complained the woman who runs the agency had a massive rant at him and cancelled the deal keeping over £600 in made up fees for referencing. (She never referenced him or his guarantor). The woman is called AJ and coincidentally there is a 5 star review by a woman called AJ. Weird coincidence?... Read more

took £300 from me and gf after viewing and said it would be ours. hadnt heard a word for two weeks.went 2 the office to be told the flat had gone....the £300 was application fees even after not getting the flat...sttay away dodgy as anything..she was like we can get two conntracts done up by landlord so we can both claim housing benefit...not going to happen as I work.... Dealt with this agency in a landlord capacity. Introduced to prospective tenants who told me they had not given any ID or reference details for so called checks to be done. Was never shown any proof that such checks had been carried out by the agent - Not to mention the fraudster that runs the place she offers this and that it's all nonence!!!! Just look at the good reviews and read what they say. One is from Big Apple Marketing, ,clearly her own review! And Angela Johns yeah really, funny how she is clearly advertising the prices and services! Stay well clear!!... Read more

Absolutely disgraceful service from this letting agency! From the unprofessional lady in charge who I found out to be called Ajay Edelston/Heart (company's house - thank you) to the lies and non compliant way of doing business. This business or owner is not fit to run a dog kennel so how she can operate a business. During viewing I found her to be so rude and CRAZY! After nearly three weeks of contacting her to no avail to request a refund for money she had taken off me for services not provided, I then decided to go to CAB and Trading Standards with Torbay Council - who are now investigating. Met the business CEO of the franchises - Torquay great team, great service and excellent value. Not to mention their in house legal services that help landlords with eviction and various other aspects of renting. Then there is the media company which also also incompasus all aspects of marketing your property for sale or let to the right audience and expanding the audiences mindset to include many helpful aspects to include bespoke websites for all the solutions the people biting.So if your buying? selling? or renting? x happy days are big apple. Big apple Are yesterday, today and tomorrow and will always offer great service. If they decline tenants - then it is for good reason. Some may be resentful but ultimately a bad tenant is someone that will be no good in all aspects of vetting and they can usually pick this up early.
