Moving in was smooth and as quick as youd like. However after that its phone calls every month on rent day like I was a child. Moving out was even worse! Took 2 phone calls and an email thread with 3 members of staff for them to finally clock on I was leaving. They demanded to show people round even tho I was still living there packing. They even tried using their key without permission! Incompetant, don't communicate, VERY pushy and demanding. DO NOT RECOMMMEND

Harry , (letting agent) did great work finding my Mum new rental accommodation (She had several requirements that made finding a suitable property quite challenging. ) It seemed to be especially difficult at this time of year , but we told Harry what we needed . He then let us know about a property that met all her requirements and communicated that to us extremely quickly so we could view and set up the Tenancy. Thank you.
