Great service and professionalism.
I was really impressed with how quick and easy tom & tony made the whole process. Even during this unprecedented time with Covid 19 pandemic, they have been great with assisting us. Although the sellers solicitors were pretty helpless Bishops were brilliant, they chased up and worked really well to get us into our property quickly. Tessa, Tony, Tom & Amanda were great. I have used bishops twice now for selling my own and my parents properties and I can not recommend them enough. Found them to be very helpful, reliable and professional, always keeping me updated with potential purchasers, viewers feedback and when under offer was always letting me know what was happening with the chain.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again for future sales and purchases.

Very unhappy with how the staff deal with their clients. They offer rubbish customer service. I have called in regards to the property I was interested in and have been asked very detailed questions about me and then was told I will be called back. Nobody called me about the property I was interested in. When I emailed to chase them they were very unprofessional. The staff cannot be bothered to arrange for viewings. I feel very insecure about all the info that was taken from me with no intention to call me back for viewings. I feel sorry for the landlords who are obviously unaware of this. Stay away!
