We sold a property as Trustee's with Kenton. I give a huge shout out to Adam and his team. Adam was there every step of way, guiding us through the process, answering our many questions, listening to our concerns and his communication was superb. Not living in the area was made seamless with nothing being too much trouble, Adam even reading the supply meters for us on completion day. We had complete trust with Kenton and we highly recommend them as an Agent. You will not be disappointed. Thank you.

His prompt and efficient communication made the purchase process swift and stress-free. In my opinion, effective communication is the cornerstone of any successful business transaction, and Adam exceeded our expectations in this regard.
We were also very impressed with Ms. Kelly, a young and pleasant lady who provided us with valuable insights about the location, stamp duty, and more during our first visit to Orpington. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and informed.

Kenton Estate Agents have recently dealt with the sale of my property, for a small independent company they dealt with it perfectly. The sale of the property had a very intricate and sensitive matter attached. This was not a cut and dry house sale for Kenton to deal with whatsoever. Kelly Watling dealt with this matter with Professionalism, Integrity, Impartiality and most of all was the backbone in making the entire process very smooth from start to finish. Kelly was extremely informative, transparent and supportive throughout. A very trustworthy Agent which I would highly recommend!

We worked with and were serviced by the most incredible team of Adam Manie and Kelly Watling. They were fabulous from the word go, kept ongoing and open communication which we believe is of paramount importance, specifically in the gloomy and not conducive external environment. Both had a phenomenal knack of breaking down tough conversations in their own unique way, and always finding a way out, displayed outstanding negotiation skills. We would highly recommend Kenton for selling your property. Sia took great photos and created accurate descriptions, Kelly and Adam were great at dealing with viewings and supplying feedback from prospective purchasers. Once we had a buyer, Kelly gave us frequent updates on the status of the chain from top to bottom. And in the inevitably fraught final stages, Kelly was always available (even on her day off) to push things along, advise and reassure us. If we could give 6 stars we would.
