    Awful experience. First time renting with my boyfriend and we both work full time, he spent all week contacting this estate agency only to be met by a very rude receptionist who kept telling him to call back and that the estate agents were all out, and the receptionist also said she would get them to call him but nobody ever did. We found a property perfect for us on Belvedere road, but cannot get a viewing for it - what kind of ridiculous service is this? He got through to somebody once, who said they would give him a viewing on Saturday, but they never got back to him to confirm. He was still willing to go with this estate agents! Can you imagine? if professionalism is in such a state at the simple stage of trying to request a viewing, can you imagine if this estate agents was actually in charge of helping fix problems to the property should they ever come about? I urge anybody to refuse this estate agents. In a nutshell, if you want a total game of cat and mouse, with a dose of rudeness head to this estate agents - I have never known one to come across like they do not know what they are doing as much as this one: PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS ESTATE AGENTS MANAGE ANY OF YOUR PROPERTIES, THEY ARE NOT EVEN CAPABLE OF BOOKING CUSTOMERS A VIEWING. Unacceptable.

    I couldn't agree more with the other ladies review. One star is far too much. So very rude, unhelpful, no customer service skills at all. Treated me like I was nothing, same experience felt by my partner, my mortgage broker and the other people in the chain. I am making a formal complaint. Avoid at all costs. Can recommend Scarlett property service or Alan De Maid, much better!!

    The worse experience ever dealing with this estate agent. Rude staff that treat you with little to no respect. All they are after is your money. We felt totally worthless after our dealings with them when buying our first home. 1 star is too high a rating. Avoid at all costs.

    The lettings department are completely useless. I've gone in countless times, only once have they ever actually done anything when printing off our contract. Every other time they just brushed us off saying they've tried to contact their head office and sent us on our way. There's no point in having a branch. All they tell you to do is call head office. Yet were paying them a £300+ admin fee. We're doing all the work and paying for the privilege! What a joke! The staff are often bad mannered, and most of the time don't appear to know what they're doing. They lost documents we've given them previously. Every point of contact has been unprofessional and unpleasant. Head office is no better. Called them up twice, the first time their system had crashed, so they said they would call back when it was fixed. Days later we call up again and the single contact we were given was not available. Apparently nobody else could take our call. Again we were told we would get a call back...did we...of course not, still waiting on that one. Moving is a stressful experience and Andrews have made this as difficult as possible. I will never make the mistake of dealing with Andrews for any future moves. Disgusted that I've had to pay to deal with this company.

    Another poor experience at this branch I'm afraid. We went in to ask about renting a flat we saw in the window the other day and the woman in the office was very unpleasant and and aggressive in the way she spoke to us. Not sure why staff in this office seem to have such an attitude? I will ensure that I do not use Andrews again.
