This is a NO star review, you pay all this administrating fees and i do all the chasing checking my references came back okay, checking status of the move etc maybe they should of paid me the fees as i was doing their job. i only went through andrews because i wanted this home. i dont get paid till 1st of every month so when i stated this because of rent being paid i was told i had to pay extra £91.00 for the couple of days in between.... when someone sensible from their head office ( jade ) who was the only one that was helpful said no thats not correct the landlord agreed you could pay on the 1st... so where was all that extra money going to ??? a night out perhaps??? ..... if this was the first time dealing with an estate agent i would of been a mess but this is just a bad bunch!!!!! they seem friendly and then once they get your money its a struggle to hear from them get questions answered etc ...NEVER AGAIN will i go through andrews.

I would like to thank staff at Andrews for making my dream come true. I have a lot of faith in them and would recommend them no end. The contact and communication from viewing to purchasing and moving into a property I purchased through them made me feel at ease with the whole process. I think a lot of attention was shown, making me realise how much they value their customers and it was not just about the vendors but also the buyers and in this case it was me. Andrews have managed my property for close to 25 years and the service has been excellent, so much so that when I was considering buying another buy-to-let property in England, I mostly thought of buying in the same area as I'm confident of the service I would get.

I have liked that there has not been a great turnover of staff through the years, so I recognise the people I'm occasionally dealing with. The service has been mostly proactive with any issues that have arisen, which is important as I live in Norway and thus do not get much chance to come to the area, and I wish to maintain a high standard not just myself but also towards my tenants.

My statement arrives on time, as does my annual statement.

Couldn't be more satisfied.

Signed up with them for a property to let. The man in change of lettings made us feel inadequate and really silly the whole way through (we are young, this is only our second rental as a couple). We did not live in the area when starting to look, we had not yet found jobs but wanted to be aware of houses in the area so that we could move asap once we had found jobs. The man in charge of lettings found it down right hilarious that we were looking for a house without jobs in the area and made this very clear to us. Long story short we now both have jobs and have a lovely house for 725 a month from another agent as this agent promised to notify us of houses but did not, and when we called to ask about houses online, the lettings man was completely rude and actually laughed the entire way through my last phonecall with him. I would have hung up if I did not need a house. Thankfully we have not had to use them. Judgemental and rude.
