Sales department at this development are very poor. Ran through the "qualification process" and later found out that there is an "estate fee" attached to ALL properties that they were not up front about. This is not capped or index linked and research shows that other Taylor Wimpey developments have had this DOUBLE in the past year. When asking questions about this, the sales team had very poor knowledge, avoided any direct replies and couldn't give any clear answers.... Read more

10 Months of living here - Nightmare. Site managers are incompetent. Don't know what they're doing. Rude and Quality control/inspection is seriously lacking on this site. Sign up to the FB page and you will see the amount of issues residents are experiencing. It really is a constant battle to get anything rectified. Initially at the point of reservation we dealt with the assistant site manager who was superb. Unfortunately he left and that's when thing's started going downhill. They've lost the NHBC award in 2018, probably due to the lack of quality!... Read more

After 3 years I have had a roof tile fall and damage my car was diagnosed by an independent inspector as a construction fault. Taylor wimpey have not returned any calls and have decided to ignore their mistake despite a detailed report from an independent inspector and photos.... Read more

This development has totally ruined our lives; non stop noise for 5 1/2 days a week, dust, vibrations, swearing, radios, muddy road etc etc . The entrance to this estate is opposite my house. let's see how long it takes for there to be an accident once people move in here.... Recently asked the site manager to refrain from grinding steel mesh for hours on end starting at 7.30am or at least do it at a different time of day. 'I'm okay with it' was his answer. can you do it elsewhere on the sit or later in the day 'nope' was his response.... Read more

The staff at Taylor wimpey Grosvenor park have been incredible..I couldn't wish for better sales people especially Linda..what a wonderful woman she is she helped us so much throughout our move chased things up I didn't even no about and guided us the whole way through!!..Also Margaret was so lovely!The house is absolutely beautiful and finished to such a high class..any issue adressed they've dealt with straight away(not that there's much)..Steve the site manager has really welcomed us to the site and is always around if we need anything.Thank you Taylor wimpey for a lovely home..here's to the future.... This development has the most beautiful houses in it. The roads are wide and the houses are spacious and not crammed next to each other. Even when it’s cloudy it looks gorgeous and that must say something about this development. It won the best new development last year and it deserves it. With regard to the noise, if you live in one of these homes you will not hear a pin drop. They are beautifully made and finished. They are very economical with regard to electricity and gas. They are so warm in the winter despite having the heating once a day. I can’t imagine why would anyone say a bad word about this development unless they don’t own one of these homes!!!
