We recently sold through William H Brown, and dealt with Daisy the majority of the time - who went out of her way to be helpful. In the end I'm not sure we would have ever completion on out forward purchase without her!
My only reason for giving 4 stars is that I asked for different photos of our front door to be added (as without knowing out old house was where it was, you wouldn't have know it was there) and they never got put up.

Moving house is stressful enough, but with three dogs and a young child it was even more so. After spending a long time looking and asking about pets we were really struggling. Mollie was not only able to find a property willing to take us all on, she has also dealt with us professionally and efficiently while we are three hours away, often without phone signal and have found it difficult to get through to view properties. Having Mollie represent our interests has made the process of moving that much easier and really allowed us make the most of this change to our lives. Very much appreciated and comes strongly recommended.

Had my property valued by William H Brown a few months ago and a very nice man popped round. All seemed to be going well until 1 week passed without any formal letter of valuation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt given how busy they were. Another week passed so I chased them with an email and no response. Another week then passed where I began calling and was promised a call ... It never come. After nearly a month and moving on to another estate agent, I suddenly was bombarded with phone calls, voicemails and notes through my door asking me to "get a valuation".
Alongside this, I was speaking to their in-house mortgage advisor who was very pleasant and helpful until all of a sudden I heard nothing. Unfortunately never heard from them again despite chasing via email.
It's a shame, the staff were very polite but a lack of communication and leaving me waiting for so long meant I had to go through the whole process again to only be bombarded by William H Brown when they suddenly want to speak to you again. I would not recommend.

Called to arrange a viewing of a house - all other viewings from other estate agents so far the agent has been there before us even when early. Waited 10 mins past our viewing time, no call from William H Brown, called them myself - excuse was that our agent was caught in the phone - the estate agents is literally 5 mins away from the property we went to view - not a good first impression

They are really helpful whilst they are after your business but as soon as they have your money you end up having to chase them to receive the services you pay for. Luckily my landlord is fantastic but the services offered by WHB are lower than the standards I offer free of charge to my clients who are in social housing.

After being in our old property for some 12 years the thought of moving and the red tape associated with it was not something I was looking forward to. With time being the most precious commodity I wanted a very light touch effort from myself and wanted the agent to deal with it all. All the team at William H Brown worked on the sale, mortgage and conveyancing providing me with exactly what I required to continue with work and put the sale in the background. I was tempted with with other bright co-loured brick establishments but was pleased I went with William H Brown as the service received was 10/10. You will always encounter issues with any sale and purchase but its how its dealt with that makes the difference, this is where Cliff and the team make that difference. Always be clear what you want and what they will provide and the timescales you are both working within. Being open encourages good communication and a great recipe for selling and buying a property.

Avoid at all costs. The worst service I have ever received from any organisation and I paid thousands for the privilege. Inadequate at every stage and when I complained to their head office they did not even respond within their timeframe. Millbanks across the road offer a far superior service.

I went into the branch looking for a property to rent with my partner and Kayleigh from the Lettings team were really helpful with explaining the process and finding out what we were looking for. As this was the first time we had rented it was nice to speak to someone friendly that made the process sound easy. Although we did not end up renting through William H Brown, Kayleigh called up before new properties went online and would call us every week to see how we were getting on. I could not recommend them enough.
