29th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)I didn’t sell my property through Park Lane Properties, but I did purchase my home through them and felt I had to leave a positive review — especially for Amie. Unfortunately, the estate agents who sold our home were terrible and dishonest, and dealing with them really highlighted how exceptional Amie was. We could only wish we had an agent like her on our side. Amie was honest, professional, and communicated brilliantly throughout the process. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. She did an excellent job representing her client, making sure we were financially ready to proceed and that everything was in place, which made the whole purchase far smoother than it could have been. I truly hope her client also leaves a positive review, as Amie was fantastic. She sets the bar incredibly high within the industry, and other estate agents, especially ours should really take a leaf out of her book. If you live in the area and thinking of selling, call Park Lane! Thank you Park Lane & Amie.

Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

29th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)Last year my children inherited a property and as we had a two hour journey to get to the property and the condition of the property it was decided to sell the property by auction. The decision was made to use a local agent and solicitor to handle the sale of the property as we had no knowledge on the process of selling a property via auction. T W Gaze especially Richard not only helped us through the auction process but also presented a very derelict property in a professional manner considering the current situation in the property market has led it to selling at auction.
17th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)The girl who showed me around the apartment seemed really nice. I just find it annoying that they don’t let me see how much other people have offered. I was open to competing on the guide price for an apartment that was being sold, and I asked how much the other person had offered, but they refused to tell me.<br><br>I think that this type of practice doesn’t allow the seller to get the best offer for their properties. I definitely would have offered more than the other person if I had known what they offered.

Always professional and happy to help with any queries, undertaking the viewings and all negotiations on our behalf. I have used other agencies in the past but found TW Gaze to be the only one I would recommend and use again! Thank you.

Charlii is lovely and knows when to step back and when to lead when viewing a property - we felt really relaxed and able to take our time viewing. We’ve been updated tremendously through their team at CompleteAsap (Amelia is lovely to talk to!) and I am so so grateful that Euan and Bradley joined the team while we sold our property through their previous agency as it means they were able to see it to the end. It’s been an incredibly hard couple of years for us and Euan has honestly been my rock, I could just call and say ‘help’ and he’d fix it in whatever way he could. Hopefully I’ll never have to move again ???? but if we ever do, I’ll be calling them without a doubt. Thank you so so much ??

Although my purchase has fallen through due to unexpected works needed at the property, I felt supported throughout.

We couldn’t have asked for better people to guide us through both events than the team at Warners Estate Agents Wymondham. With our sale, Dominic, Sue, and the whole team made us feel supported, reassured and genuinely cared for. It proved to be very stressful at times, but they handled everything with such kindness, patience, and professionalism and that meant so much We also bought our new home through Warners, Amanda was fantastic. She was friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable, making the entire experience feel exciting instead of overwhelming. We found everyone at Warners to be very professional and committed to delivering a good customer experience. We’re truly grateful for everything they did for us. We can’t recommend Warners Estate Agents Wymondham highly enough. A brilliant team who genuinely care about their clients.

Will Mullan was our main point of contact and was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, despite the fact that to this day we have not met in person because of the pandemic! The whole experience was really positive (aided hugely by the lovely couple who sold us the house); with no games being played and clear communication throughout, which I really value. Sadly this has not always been our experience elsewhere! Whenever we had a question, Will was available on email or on the phone. His colleagues who showed us the house and brought us the keys on moving day were also very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended.

28th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.

Of the three agents that I initially considered, Alex Parish demonstrated the greatest local knowledge and the best understanding of my requirements. I have no regrets about my decision to commission them. Throughout the whole process, from the initial planning session to the completion of my sale, Alex and his colleagues were professional, reliable and always did whatever we had agreed. Their communications were clear and they were responsive to all of my questions or concerns. They were supportive to me personally and showed a good understanding of all aspects of the sales process as well its legalities and practicalities. I recommend Whitley Parish without any reservations.
