I found a super house, contacted WHB, and Lewis took control of the process from start to finish, and I couldn't be more grateful - just need to unpack now :)

They showed a lot of knowledge and support to guide me through the process. Communication was brilliant, keeping me up to date with the journey and always responded quickly when I reached out. I also used Countrywide Mortgage Services, Andrew in Abbotts was amazing too.

5th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have just moved to my new home in Watton and Erin has been brillant,good communication and keeping us up to date with the progress of the move .We asked to view the house a few time (as empty) which was no trouble to her so I felt comfortable emailing and asking her.She really seems to enjoy her job a very happy person and easy to talk to a lovely lady.She is an asset to the company. The team are all so welcoming and so helpful ?????? thank you Beth and Charli for putting up with us and always letting us see the property when we asked

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. 27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
