It sold on the first week of going on the market and for a very acceptable price. Richards knowledge of the area and the current market was invaluable.

Just sold our house through Brearley Greens.
Fantastic from start to finish. Kept us up to date with progress and helped our buyer as well to enable the sale to proceed smoothly.
There were 3 other houses in our price range with other agents and ours was the only one that sold.
And we got the price we wanted.
That says it all really.
Highly recommend Richard at Brearley Greens if you are looking to sell or buy a house.

A very professional company Richard and his team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing the property.
From the initial marketing which attracted me to the property no sales flannel just clear and concise details, to the prompt viewing and the communication through the negotiations all the way to completion. I have recently put my mothers much loved house which she has lived in for over fifty years up for sale. Using Brearley Greens was a straight forward choice for me, as Richard had sold my Mother in Laws similar property with the minimum of fuss. Straight from the off Richard went out of his way to make the whole process as smooth as possible for my elderly mother. His knowledge of the local market is exceptional, and this coupled with smart marketing ensured the sale was completed entirely to our satisfaction.
